Hi! My name is Marisol Garcia. I am orginally from North New Jersey, then I moved to Pennsylvania and finally Orlando, Florida. I have a fourteen year background in real estate development. I spent the first six years of my career in New Jersey before moving to Pennsylvania. In 1995, I moved to Florida bringing with me my enthusiasm for helping people. I come from a long family line of realtors. I have encompassed a variety of real estate exposure from property management, development and construction, to resale, rehabilitation and foreclosure. However, my specialty is new home sales. I credit my father for the exceptional customer service techniques he has taught me. He believes that if you enjoy what you're doing the rest is second nature. I strongly agree. I have a special empathy with client who are new to Florida since I went through the same process of leaving my family and friends behind and moving to a new area. I chose Orlando based on its dynamic real estate market as well as the great weather, numerous activities and attractions, a reasonable cost of living, the friendly environment and a great school system.
