I need to move ASAP. The room will be avail once the paperwork goes through, but it doesn't take long. Avail from NOW to End of July. You also have a choice to renew if you want to live here longer than 3 months, so there will be no waiting list for you as well. The lease can be renewed for another 5, 8, or 12 months.
If male, you can take over my lease but will be reassigned to a males apt if there is one available. And for ladies, you will occupy my room. i have 2 other female roommates. They're cool and laidback. You have your own room and private bathroom, and just share kitchen and living room space with the roomies.
Its $535 a month. The $535 covers everything such as rent and utilities, lights, water, cable, internet, washer and dryer. There's also a basketball court, fitness center, pool, tv room, computer lab, pool hall,and more.
Also you don't have to worry about furniture because its completely furnished(bed, desk, drawer, nightstand). Its a really good deal, and right across from the UCF. Most likely you can save gas money and ride the ucf shuttle(FREE), its up to you. Full Sail and Valencia East are nearby as well.

I suggest you hurry because as said before May's rent is free, so if you want to take advantage of the deal, then you have to complete the paperwork so you can move in ASAP.
